iPhone 4 for Verizon in Stores February 10
So as discussed yesterday today’s announcement by Verizon is true; the iPhone 4 is coming to Verizon.
When can you have it? February 10th.
What’s the difference?Well it’s a CDMA-based iPhone so it will only work on Verizon. It won’t work internationally. It will come a new featured named, “Personal Hotspot” which allows you to turn your iPhone into a Wi-Fi hub for your laptop, iPad, etc. etc. Essentially it’s turns your iPhone into a Mi-Fi type devices, which is something Android devices can already do (expect a service fee for this feature).
The buttons on the side are in a slightly different place which will make extra work for case manufactures and cause a lot of returns from consumers buying the wrong case, but other than that it’s pretty much exactly the same thing. So are you going to make the switch?
