iPhone Screen Shot

So one thing that came with the iPhone 2.0 Software release was a great little secret. One that most people won’t really care about, but for me is a great little tool and might be useful to you. What is is? The ability to take iPhone Screenshots. Here’s How:

That’s right you can now take a picture of pretty much any screen on the iPhone. It’s really simple, just follow the following steps:

  1. Navigate to the screen you want to capture.

  2. Press, and hold, the “Home” Button.

  3. Press, and release, the “Sleep/Wake” Button.

  4. The screen of the iPhone will briefly flash white.

  5. Release the “Home” Button.

That’s it. You just captured the screen and the iPhone automatically put the images in your “Camera Roll” folder in the Photos App.

Have Fun.
